This consists of a large entrance hall “Costa Vasca”, a bedroom with a double bed: “Sobrón-Valderejo”; two bedrooms fitted with twin beds: “Gorbeia” and “Salto del Nervión”; two bathrooms and a room adapted for persons of reduced mobility: “Valle salado”.  Fully equipped kitchen-cum-dining room (including dishwasher) and a large living room: ”Salburua”. In total, more than 120 m2.

The rooms are named after local natural parks (Natura 2000 Network) and are decorated with drawings and photographs of these natural spaces and their most representative birds.

Outside, there is a covered porch leading to a 100-m2 terrace that runs round the perimeter of the house, with benches and a barbeque, offering extraordinary views of the River Baias and the Somo-Santa Marina mountain range.  (Maximum 9 people.)
